10.0Room stayed cool. Other than the water was lightly warm for showering, it was an enjoyable stay. Staff was super nice and I felt completely safe. Would definitely stay here again.

10.0Ubicación excelente, te permite caminar a los puntos claves, tienes cerca opciones para comer y hacer compras. Atención amable, solucionando necesidades. Solo sugeriría un poco mas de higiene en el baño, regaderas. Si volvería a hospedarme aqui.

10.0Staff was very helpful and nice. Accommodations were made to have luggage left before our check-in was available & it helped a lot. The hotel is very close to the 20 de Noviembre food market, and the Zocalo (5 mins). I recommend upgrading to a room with AC, as even during Sep/ Oct, it gets hot.
