AC Villa in Princeville was just the place our family needed for our Kauai vacation.
9.0The location met our needs perfectly and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The property had everything we needed to make our vacation wonderful. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The Rental company was easy to reach and quickly answered all our questions.
− The decor is a little dated and some of the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall very clean and well stocked. It's a drive to the south shore destinations

− The master bath shower/tub was a little awkward to get in and out of, but that was about it. Everything was great
Family of 6 with 4 teens, all loved the place.

− Pool/Jacuzzi area was very nice, very quiet, well maintained grounds.
We had a great time. I was with friends I hadn't seen for 40 years.
10.0− There was no hot water the first night and morning but we called the contact person and she got a handyman to fix it so we were able to have nice hot water the second night.
It was a relaxing and fun time!
10.0I loved how clean the apartment was. It was also very well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The necessary information was communicated very well and it was such an enjoyable time!
