Poor Maintenance and Uncomfortable checkout experiance .
1.0− We stayed here from 26–27 after booking through Booking.com for ₹3000. The room was average, but maintenance was poor — wash basin and shower were not properly cleaned, heater was not working well, and there were leaking issues on shower. Basic amenities like bathing soap were not provided, and only a half-used hand wash bottle was kept. Checkout time was mentioned until 12 PM, but staff repeatedly reminded us about checkout from 9 AM onwards, which felt uncomfortable. Also, additional tax was asked beyond the ₹3000 shown on Booking.com, which was not clearly mentioned during booking. Overall, a disappointing experience due to poor maintenance and service.
