Spatious three-bedroom apartment with a view over Lacona.
9.0The property is set over two floors with a spacious diner/sitting room upstairs with a wide balcony that looks out to sea over the resort of Lacona. The lower floor comprises three bedrooms, all en-suite and each with a full length glass door which could be opened for ventilation or closed to block out the sun. Each door had an external motorised blind. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of e.g. dishwasher tablets and salt/oil - it has been frustrating elsewhere to arrive and find these things absent, so this was well received. The washing machine had washing powder etc. . We were met on arrival, shown around and handed the keys. There was air conditioning in every room. There is a dedicated paved parking spot.
− We have few criticisms, rather suggestions and comments. The property is not far from Lacona beach and we targeted a beach holiday, The property asks that you do not take nice indoor towels to the beach (understandable) but it would have therefore been good to have had some cheap beach towels in the property to fill that purpose. Some tea towels for washing up would have been good too. Softer cotton bedding might have been better. The drive up to the property is a steep gravel drive, and we found it difficult to get our knackered hire car up it. Our Italian neighbours could do this effortlessly but we kept getting stuck in a pothole and stalling. Advice is to empty all passengers, lighten the load and then take a run-up.

− Dover pagare le lenzuola extra, acqua senza pressione , niente detersivo per lavastoviglie , parcheggio molto scomodo .
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, ideal and Serena was a lovely host.
10.0Exceptionally high standard and had everything required for our short stay.
− The drive/parking could be a challenge for some people especially with a longer wheel base car.
