− Room was Tucked Away like a Dungeon No One was in Breakfast Room to Receive Guests, even by 7.30am - No Buffet as Advertised Room was Damp and Smelt as such Bathroom was Tired and Not Cleaned Properly Heating / Zircon Button Didnt Work - Separate Fan Provided Also Broken

5.0Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for a family of 4.
− There was a horrible smell in reception and on the way up the stairs. Not a good first impression. Our room was above the bar and there was loud music which disrupted our sleep.

5.0Bar & restaurant was convenient, car park was big.
− Room wasn't the cleanest. Full of bugs, stains on curtains. Last guests dirty socks was left in the corner. The duvets was very small beds not the comfiest didn't sleep very well.
