9.0Очень хороший санузел и ванная комната, но не хватает полотенец или коврика для ног. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовление пищи. Тихий район. Диван неплохой, но требует обновления. Есть кондиционер в гостиной и вентилятор чтобы запустить воздух в спальню, но этого может быть не достаточно (в день приезда на улице было 39 °С)
− Было сказано что высота гаража 2,1 метра, но по факту 1,96 (для высоких машин это проблема, мы еле проехали).
