9.0Everything! Location, location. location. Beautiful home in the annex. Few upgrades necessary but minor.. scant faucet leak in 1st floor lavatory handle. Door locks iffy but work. No problems. Area appears safe. House temp adjustments adequate. Noisy some x, but Spring breakers out amongst us. No major disturbances. Beach .7 mi walk but sooo nice w sm cafe n cold drinks, snorkeling and sunseekers… Adjacent to anywhere you need or want to go w minimal walk 1-2 mi but used rented electric golf cart n had outdoor access for charging n nice overhead open garage. Traffic minimal. All around great place. Very accommodating, understanding, cooperative, quick responding owners to tend to any need or info or ?s necessary. Some outside realities post hurricanes/storms. Prop mgnmt may needs to look at gutters before potential flow blockage ..sm trees growing in gutter. Beautiful flowers, shrubs, landscape, etc. Cleaning gal accommodating w early placement of our bags. All good!
