Falling accused of damage to garden tub. Be extremely cautious if you stay here.
1.0− Be very cautious if you choose to stay here. Three days after checkout, I received an email from booking.com stating I need to pay $3,000 for damage to the garden tub which we did not touch or use our entire stay. My son took a time stamped video right before we checked out showing there was no damage to the garden tub or property. It certainly seems the owner is trying to get honest renters to pay for repairs to their home that is no fault of the renter. If you do choose to stay here, I highly recommend taking a time stamped video of the place upon your arrival and then another time stamped video upon your departure showing the property in same condition.
