− Mizerie, paturi murdare, mobilier uzat si vechi. Pozele din prezentare nu au nici o legătură cu realitatea. Curtea din spate neamenajata.

− No se corresponde con las fotos del anuncio. Las instalaciones están muy degradadas. Los cabeceros manchados y sucios.

8.0La Terraza, las cuatro habitaciones independientes., los servicios así como el aparcamiento en el interior.
− La ventana de una de las habitaciones no se podía abrir. En la cocina no había bastantes utensilios. Al ser ocho personas, nos hubiera gustado tener dos llaves disponibles.
Heerlijk ruim huis met klein strand direct voor het huis, ideaal voor 8 volwassenen
8.0De ligging en de ruimte in huis zijn een grote plus. Prima badkamers, grote woonkamer met open keuken. Ruime slaapkamers waarvan 2 met uitzicht (balkon) over zee. Alle kamers goede airco. Schone woning. Enkele kleine verbeteringen of tekortkomingen met eigenaar gedeeld. Deze worden opgepakt. Wifi/internet hapert soms, m’n in de avond. Helaas is dit geen probleem van het huis, maar van de omgeving. 10 minuutjes met de auto van het schitterende stadje Nafplio en 3 minuutjes de ander kant op naar een supermarktje en bakker.
− Uit en inrijden met de auto. Je rijdt direct een weg (tijdens ons verblijf in oktober niet erg druk, maar wordt wel hard gereden) op en er is geen ruimte om op het terrein te draaien. Dus achteruit vanaf weg het terrein opdraaien (dwars op de weg) of achteruit vanuit terrein de weg opdraaien.
בית נוח וגדול עם נוף מדהים לים ומרפסות נעימות להתעורר בבוקר או לנוח בערב או צהריים.
9.0היינו בהרכב של 2 הורים ו2 ילדים גדולים. הבית נמצא על הים. רק כביש מפריד בין הבית לחוף (לא מוכרז). הנוף מדהים בכל שעות היום והמיקום פרקטי מאוד להגיע בנסיעה קצרה לנאפליו (5-7 דקות נסיעה). הבית עצמו ותיק אך המקלחות וחלק החדרים משופצים. הבית גדול ונקי והיה גם פרקטי לבשל בו. ישנן מרפסות משני צדדי הבית הפונות לגינה או לים. מאוד נעים לשבת בבוק לשתות קפה או לצפות בנוף המדהים. הכניסה היתה פשוטה מאוד (מפתחות בקופסה עם קוד).
