9.0Ubicación cercana y tranquila, agua caliente abundante y el anfitrión siempre dispuesto a atendernos.
− La calefacción inicialmente se hacia con una estufa garrafera, como habia olor a gas la retiraron y se calefaccionó con una estufa conectada a la pared, no se sintió mas olor a gas, por las dudas igual cerrabamos el paso de gas a la cocina.
