− Bed was not very comfortable felt like it was slanting. We also had no contact with any staff and no ability to communicate to ask questions.

9.0A lovely chalet with exceptional views, great spa bath, a good layout. The pool is large and lovely to swim in. We enjoyed walking around the garden too. Shops aren't too far away ( in a car).
− Perhaps due to the time of year the pool and filters needed cleaning. The only downside of the chalet is that it doesn't have a kitchenette: there's nowhere to wash up any dishes or cups.
