Great place for the summer, but not for winter time
5.0As seen in the pictures. Owner and staff very nice, helpful and very responsive. Also the owner had many recommendations for places in the area and was kind enough to order a place in a good restaurant when we asked his assistance. We didn’t meet, but whatsup corresponding was fine.
− Only one air conditioner to heat the full living room, with high ceiling and is located in the stairs wall. We couldn’t sit in the living room in the evenings, so it was either be somewhere outside the house (restaurant etc) or in the room. This kind of location (up in the mountains) in the winter requires several radiators or a fire place. Had some problems with the hot water in the shower. We were 4 people so had to wait between the showers until it heated up.

10.0Great house with all amenities on a rural location with large garden (which was great for our dog) and beautiful views on the mountains. Perfect service by Luigi and Gianmario.
− Nothing major, only thing is the low ceiling in the bedrooms. But this is well indicated and did not bother us at all.
Peaceful, Quiet, Relaxing with Amazing Views!

10.0Lovely decor and amazing attention to details. The photos are as good as the property is in real life. Many things placed in the villa to make our stay more enjoyable like extra pillows, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, iron, plenty of coffee pods for espresso machine... Beds and pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is perfect. Two showers with windows, bidet is available. The views from the house and private garden are absolutely stunning, especially in good weather (we were lucky). The host is super welcoming and always gave us helpful advices. Wished we had booked for a longer stay.
