7.0I was contacted via WhatsApp about 2 hours after I booked (while on a bus to Can Tho) that the roomI booked was not available due to repairs being done and I was being switched to another property. After a series of messages back and forth I was given the option of canceling which I did since I couldn’t confirm any details about the second property online. It took a bit more back and forth but I was given a full refund.

9.0This place was an absolute gem of a find. Clean, quiet, and close to a shopping centre. Not to mention the number of eateries close by and a short walking distance to some of the big attractions here in Can Tho.
