Host cancelled booking the day of arrival and no response to message and calls
1.0− Hosts cancelled on the day of arrival due to overbooking. They messaged at 10 am to cancel before check in at 15.00pm but messages booking.com so i did not see the message until I arrived at the hotel. They could have followed up with a whatsapp messages. I called and messaged to understand why I had no information to check in, the hosts ignored all my messages and calls. I was left outside on a very busy street with all my luggage trying to contact the hosts. I had to book another hotel to stay for the night. If you cancel at least make sure the guest knows! It's annoying enough to cancel with short notice.
