Spacious apartment full of light and air. Great view! Comfortable beds, American pull 🎱 🎱 🎱 and coffee machine.

− These things are impossible to change and we knew about that from the start: one bathroom combined with toilet is not enough for 7-8 people. With 4 females it was already rather complicated...no elevator..and very noisy building workers near the church who started their day at 07.00. But these things do not matter so much if you know in advance.

Ruim appartement met goede voorzieningen.

− Technisch zaken niet in orde. Slechte afvoer en her en der wat afwerking. Licht defect op slaapkamer. Tevens grote zonnedak ramen met geen screen. Bij veel zon in zomer enorm heet. Drukke straat, maar lag ook aan de bouw tegenover.

Lovely Stay with a Few Small Drawbacks

Very spacious apartments, just 10 minutes away from the riverside promenade that leads to the city center. There are also several shops near the apartment, such as ALDI, REWE, Netto, as well as Lidl near the train station. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Overall, everything was wonderful.

− It would have been nice to have a mop in the bathroom, as the shower curtain did not always prevent water from getting onto the floor, so we had to use one of the towels as a floor cloth. The bathroom also has a full-length window, and if someone from the room opens the blinds, they can clearly see what is happening inside the bathroom. It would probably be better to add some kind of curtain, frosted glass, or something similar. During our stay, we ended up using a towel as a “curtain.” There were also not enough kitchen towels — one was simply not enough, at least two would be better. Oven mitts or potholders for hot dishes would also be useful. There was also a small issue with dust, although it was not too critical.

Location is excellent. Kitchen is well-appointed. Neighbors and neighborhood were not loud.

− It was a 3rd floor walk-up. The elevator is obviously permanently shut down. The pool table lacks paddind in the returns and is extremely loud. One of the bedrooms is behind a half-wall in the living area, if it isn't clear by the pictures.

Toller Service, gute Kommunikation, super Lösung

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, hat sich eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin sehr gut um eine Lösung gekümmert, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt doch noch genießen konnten.

Super Wohnung mitten in Koblenz

Super tolle Wohnung und sehr zentral. Sie ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Billiardtisch ist ein absolutes Highlight.

− Leider nicht genug Jalousien im Wohnzimmer um alles abzudunkeln (Dachfenster). Das Badezimmer könnte noch Handtuchhalter gebrauchen. Das Einzelzimmer riecht unangenehm feucht (dort konnte keiner schlafen). Der Aufzug ist ein echtes Problem. Alles in den 4. Stock tragen ist sehr schwierig. Den Bewertungen der anderen Personen vorher zu entnehmen, ist das wohl schon länger so- warum wird nichts daran gemacht ?
