− Smelled like stale smoke. We had to have the windows open to clear out the smell which was fine but would have preferred no smell

8.0Amazing location, just a 3-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location made it very easy to explore Venice on foot.
− There was a strange smell when entering the apartment. After some time, we got used to it and it was less noticeable. Also, it would have been nice to have the option of cooler water in the shower, especially during the summer heat.

− Abbiamo riscontrato un problema con l'aria condizionata del soggiorno, rumorosa e con un meccanismo automatico impossibile da escludere. L'assistenza è sicuramente migliorabile. Funziona benissimo per trasmettere le informazioni ma non altrettanto per rispondere alle richieste di assistenza.

10.0Big apartment, well decorated, very confy beds. Well equiped with everything. Central location (close to Rialto bridge). You could find everything in the surroundings: from canals and history, to stores and restaurants.
− Everything in the apartment was excellent. Except for the air conditioning remotes - blame it on the AC company! :))
