10.0The views, windows and balcony were stunning. Quirky house with some fantastic features. Everything appealed to our family of 4 as we wanted a lovely home overlooking the coast that we could get away and spend time together.
Expectations vs reality
3.0View, kookaburras, fireplace, general look and feel of the rustic retreat.
− Light in the bathroom did not work, light bulb in bedroom blew with no replacement, lights in main dining area did not have switches therefore we had to eat in the dark and pull apart a lamp in another room and use for light so we could see, no signage on entrance and came down wrong drive, no information on where bins were located at end of stay, tv remote did not work and tv also did not work properly half the channels didn't work, notifications regarding limited hot water and spa information not provided, no plug for the spa, firepit had not been cleared out so we could not use. Overall for the per night price very poor experience and very poor customer service, advising had called me when I had no missed calls, couldn't check in early with notice.. just poor overall experience that all could have been avoided with a bit of organisation prior notification and information.

10.0We loved the house, the scenery, the location and the beautiful weather. A stone's there from Lorne, but with the privacy of this location, we had everything we wanted in a getaway.
