We got to the property late because we booked late, when we arrived, no one opened for us. We called them and they kept

1.0− The pictures on the website vs the actual venue is not the same. The grass is long, the pool is black. We ended up leaving and not sleeping over

− They refused to acknowledge my booking. After I showed them confirmation of the booking and proof of payment they still refused to acknowledge my booking. DO NOT STAY HERE. THIEVES!
Worthless Experience
1.0I was not served tea in the morning. Total bummer, Imagine a much needed necessity especially in winter
− The staff service was horrible wouldn't wish that on anyone There was no electricity all night, till we left the next morning No hot water Lied about the generator it failed to operate Was charged an extra fee for a one bedroom
We really enjoyed ourselves as the team but the place need a little bit of improvement in the kitche
