− Очень разочарованы отдыхом. Отель бронировали через Booking.com, ориентируясь на отзывы и на позиционирование отеля как места для семейного отдыха и отдыха с детьми. К сожалению, реальность совершенно не соответствует заявленному уровню. Начну с самого важного для семьи с маленьким ребёнком — питания. Детского стола в отеле нет, отдельного детского меню также нет. Практически вся еда солёная, острая, перчёная и жареная. Подходящей еды для маленького ребёнка практически не было. Для взрослого человека питание тоже очень слабое: в основном полуфабрикаты, гамбургеры, наггетсы и подобная еда. Разнообразия практически нет, нормальных блюд очень мало. Из супов был фактически один вариант. Мы лично обращались к шеф-повару и объясняли, что у нас маленький ребёнок и нам нечем его кормить. Мы попросили приготовить простой суп, подходящий для ребёнка. В итоге был приготовлен суп из воды и вермишели, который невозможно было есть. Для отеля, который позиционирует себя как семейный и подходящий для отдыха с детьми, такая ситуация совершенно неприемлема. Детской анимации фактически нет. За время отдыха несколько раз проводились какие-то активности в бассейне, но полноценной программы для детей или семейной анимации мы не увидели. Состояние номера также оставляет желать лучшего. Номер старый и требует ремонта. Уборка была очень плохой. Балкон грязный, в номере ощущался неприятный запах сырости. Раковина протекала. Кондиционер работал нестабильно: то включался, то переставал работать. В целом создаётся впечатление отсутствия нормального контроля за состоянием номеров и качеством уборки. Алкогольные напитки также сильно разбавлены и имеют очень низкое качество. Отдельно хочется отметить, что заявленный уровень отеля не соответствует реальности. Отель позиционируется как трёхзвёздочный, однако по состоянию номеров, качеству уборки, питанию и уровню сервиса он, по нашему впечатлению, совершенно не соответствует даже этому уровню.
