9.0Excellent hospitality, adequate tour guidance, very cozy, neat and clean room with a spacious balcony. It is a place very close to Fontanhas in Panjim.I will surely comeback to the same place again in my next visit.

Not worth a stay.
5.0Location was calm and scenic.
− The room was hardly 8 sq.m. While on Booking.com it's mentioned as 17 sq.m. There was no table except for a small tea table. As usual only a small plastic chair was provided. Most shocking was that THEY DID NOT PROVIDE TEA/ COFFEE, MILK AND SUGAR SACHET ONLY ONCE. When we asked them to provide some tea/coffee, milk and sugar sachet on the second day, they said we have to purchase them. In my 77 years of age I never came across any hotel or home stay who asked for payment for tea/ coffee sachet the second time onwards.. This is ridiculous. Most minus point for the hotel.
