Location was great and the apartment was spacious. Lovely quiet location near some good restaurants. Security on the estate is good, with regular patrols. Feels very safe. Great beach too.

− The second bedroom was too small for the bed and felt cramped with little storage. Squeezing in a second bathroom with the loo right next to the bed possibly nt the best choice.

I would stay elsewhere. Due to no water. And ant infestation.

Proximity to everything

− Ants everywhere Water was off for about half the day for 4 days of our 6 day stay. Owner is unreasonable in clean up costs after stay. I would not trust her.

Good option next to orient village but set your expectation accordingly

Very close to orient village. Very big property with a pool. Lock box was very nice to make sure we dont misplace them during stay. Lot of electrical outlets

− No holders for shampoo on shower head so we had to use the floor. Disposing trash was required but no instructions provided where the trash bins were. Lack of privacy curtains in the first floor bedroom made it hard to utilize. Lack of caulking and seals brought lot of ants from the outside in. Bedsheets were kind of poor quality. We stayed for a week plus and got a small shower gel that hotels provide for a day stay. We barely made it through the stay without buying extra toilet rolls and detergent. Water was a problem as it was disconnected daily but owner host did very little to make sure we were okay during our stay. Found lots of dog poop around the pool making it kind of unpleasant.

From the moment we arrived, the team at Color 5 Apartments was top-notch! They guided us through every question with patience and warmth, making us feel welcome right away. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable and spacious — it has every amenity you could ask for, and then some! The location is unbeatable: just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and even a small supermarket. The bedrooms are roomy, the bathrooms as well, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. A huge thank you to Carla and Laetitia for all their kind attention throughout our stay. We do a little getaway to St. Maarten almost every year, and this is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!
