Great Location, not so great quality of accommodation

− Sheets for one of the beds were still in the washing machine when we arrived and we were instructed to dry them ourselves. Windows in bedroom wouldn’t stay open. Very expensive for the quality of the accommodation as wasn’t very clean (shower had black mould, previous guests cable found under rug etc.)

− During my stay, there was no running water, making basic hygiene impossible. Additionally, when I raised this issue with the staff, I was met with rude and unhelpful behavior. This significantly detracted from my stay and caused considerable inconvenience. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service I experienced.

2.0− The property was very dirty and not the standard seen in the pictures. Not located in the best of locations, very loud at night and smelt of damp.
I found the communication skills lacking.
