excellent location but bad and inexperienced property management
4.0the agreed time of 3pm to get the keys, were moved by the property managers to 5pm but on 5pm nobody showed up. Finally we were able to enter the apartment after 5.30pm
− 1. we had to wait more than 2 1/2 hours after agreed time to enter the apartment. 2. no toilet paper in the apartment so that on a Sunday after 6pm we had to find a place to buy toilet paper. 3. Apartement not as clean as it should be etc.
Amazing 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Orient Beach Village
10.0The condo is perfect in a prefect location and very clean and comfortable. Killian is the best at hosting and making you feel at home with the facilities. He is extra responsive and very prompt. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend this space if looking for a central location on Orient Beach.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
8.0The apartment was new, well laid out and very contemporary. It is well located next to the beach with views over the pool towards the beach. It was quiet and the air conditioning worked well.
− There wasn’t much not to like about the apartment. The TV didn’t have any TV programmes, only internet TV. Another, albeit small matter. We felt the hosts could have been more generous when it came to the supply of toiletries and cleaning supplies. There were no soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms and no cleaning sponges for the kitchen and only one tablet for the dishwasher. No cling film nor aluminium foil. We would expect these sorts of items to be supplied as standard in any decent holiday type rental.
