9.0Die Wohnung liegt im Aachener Vorort Brand, gut erreichbar an der Hauptstraße, in der Nähe des Marktplatzes. Durch gute Fenster hat man dennoch keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Wohnung war gut gepflegt und sauber; die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit modernen Geräten, inklusive Spülmaschine. Zusätzlich steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, was bei längeren Aufenthalten sehr hilfreich sein kann. Absolut positiv ist auch der Ort Brand selbst. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Einzelhandelsgeschäften im Ort und diverse weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch fussläufig erreichbar sind.
− Die Betten, insbesondere das Doppelbett, knarren bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Das nervt.
