8.0Location is good, near to food street. Room was comfortable although a bit small.

Location but let down by staff
8.0The location is great. Near to a major shopping mall and famous food street
− Staff were unhelpful. When we arrived, it was raining, I rushed in to borrow an umbrella but the staff just stood there and look. We arrived with old folks and 7 pieces of luggages but none came to help. Disappointing.

− Only found out booked room had no windows upon check in. Had to pay extra for change to room with windows. Due to no fault of staff, corridor smelt of cigarettes (rather common in China even at 5 stars hotels)

− The room itself was perfect, however I feel that the housekeeping could have been done more carefully. For example, the dustbins and laundry baskets were not placed neatly, and the bed was not pulled tightly, especially when the room was made up the following day. In addition, the coffee and tea were not replenished the next day. A packet of tissue was simply left on the vanity top instead of being placed properly. One of the basin cabinets was also left open and the cleaner did not close it.
