9.0The property was a very well maintained place, the rooms were spacious and was great for a 5 family size.
− The only thing I did not like about the property was that there was no AC in the living room and that the TV did not work in the living room.

10.0The property was very Nice , very peacefully, very clean and neat , and it has everything a person could think it needs for a stay , She taught of everything loved it and I would definitely come back here, close very close to beaches and city , Also return of deposit was quick very nice family rental house it was Great 10 out of 10 !

7.0The kitchen is roomy. It has a large refrigerator. The 2 bedrooms are large. It has 2 bathrooms. I like that it has an outside shower area and a garage. It has a small and cozy backyard. Access to the house is easy.
− The location is not near the beach. The garage will not fit a large car or truck. The refrigerator does not have a functioning ice machine. The air conditioners are only in the bedrooms and can only be run when you are there. The bedrooms have shutters, but do not have a glass or plastic window. (This seemed strange to me.) There is a security station and fence around the perimeter, but I never saw a security guard and the location is unguarded.
