I appreciate the aromatherapy when you enter , we'll lite, the flooring was upgraded. The perks in the kitchen was welcoming. The bathroom with the upgraded toilet seat that changes with a button🫡 Being from the Village of Harlem, it felt like home🥂 Oh, let's not forget the elevator😜

− Not having a mirror in the room. Having, I believe was the largest room, can have a larger chair & a small lamp (that is for all the rooms.) The bathroom window needs a curtain for privacy from the upper next door buiildings.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado en las areas comunes, el anfitrion se encarga de tener las mejores comodidades he higine para tu estancia, ademas de contar con todo muy equipado para ayudar en tu comodidad. Fui a mediado de Febrero y estuvo calefaccionado en todo momento. Cuenta con articulos de aseo, frutas frescas y varios para el desayuno. recomendado al 100 %

− considerar que son edificios antiguo por si al entrar puede que no te guste mucho, no te dejes llevar por eso, una ves en el departamento todo cambia, todo actualizado

The Airbnb was a 10 minute walk away from a metro, that could take you to the city centre in about 20ish minutes, so for us the location was great! Harlem felt safe and diverse and it was nice to not just be in lower Manhattan. The shared bathroom had mostly non-touch facilities and was kept clean and tidy. The shower had good water pressure and temperature which was a big plus. The toilet seat had a rotating toilet cover (at the press of a button) which made everything feel more hygienic. The kitchen had snacks, fruits, oatmeal (which we ate every day for breakfast before leaving the house). a shared fridge and freezer allowed us to store leftovers easily. The room was spacious for new York and had everything you need. Vanity kits, comfortable bed, a window that can open (only the top section tho), a heater and air conditioning. All in all, I was worried before booking due to the low amounts of reviews, but I think it's just a very new place. The host max clearly puts in effort in keeping the apartment clean and well maintained, and the check-in instructions were clear.
