We liked the Park Dean Caravan Site and the facilities it had to offer.

− We was not so keen on our accomodation. Upon first glance the caravan looked lovely but we had no hot water, no heating and no wifi. The owner did sort the hot water but the heating timer was not set correctly, so the van was cold most of the time. Also the wifi never got sorted and it was an internet TV. So couldnt use it. We also found the beds uncomfortable due to springs protruding. Not nice to sleep on. Steps to caravan wobbly on unsafe. We felt the caravan was looking very tired and needed an overall.

Well equipped and comfortable caravan

Quiet location on the site. Clean , comfortable and well equipped caravan apart from stains on seating area. 1 throw provided but needed more. Dog friendly and lovely bedding provided for children. Entertainment complex and restaurant on site very good but outside needed some attention. Outdoor pool needed a refurbishment due to cracked broken tiles , weeds and loose cement around edge of pool. Staff on site very friendly and helpful. Excellent entertainment for children .

− Needing to ring the evening before arrival to receive check in details despite messaging the owner. Clear instructions given after communication.
