Very average stay, not a great experience.
6.0Pool and gym area were lovely.
− For the price, we were very disappointed. The rooms were quite average and the beds were uncomfortable, particularly in the twin room where they were small. The motion sensor lights on the walls turned on every time someone got up, which was disruptive. The shower pressure was poor, and the food options were limited.
Very comfortable and location is right in the cbd.
9.0Excellent service from wo to go. I was given a very soft, excellent quality topper as the mattress was a Little hard for me. Great service. Everything was high tech - buttons on walls to control everything: curtains, lights, air conditioning etc.
− We missed fresh air. Sleeping in air conditioning doesn’t suit us. Two small plates in the room would be helpful for cutting up fruit etc. However, I’m sure we could have asked and it would have been provided.

10.0Our overall experience was lovely. We stayed for 3 nights. Friendly, attentive and efficient staff, both at the desk, breakfast, and the door (concierge parking). Breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. Our room was very comfortable, well serviced and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfy with lovely pillows. The bathtub is deep & luxurious. The complementary minibar was a very lovely surprise. We had room service one evening and that was very enjoyable and tasty.
