Very Very Bad experience with the unit @ Strait Quay 3A-3-26 n AGENCY ADAN that attended
2.0I was 'upgraded', so call to the studio 1 bedroom to another property under Straight Quay. Which is by suprise on the day of my booking.
− The 'upgraded' so called is really surprised me. In that particular unit.3A-3-26 Floor is dirty n dusty, the aircond is not cold, the water heater is not working, water tap at the kitchen one of it tap is not working, the bed sheet is dirty n got the unpleasant smells.(it's like someone had stayed b4 n no one clean it) One of the blankets in the wardrobe stinks like hell. In the worst case, the iron cord was broken, n it might cost electrocuted. We could not fill the complaint as I booked the unit for my sister, n they just stopped for refreshing as they were going to Alor Setar for some personal matters. For your info, I stayed here before n can rate it as 5☆. But not this unit in particular 3A-3-26 The agent ADAN that attended to us never reply us on the spot This really disappointed me as my first time booking via booking.com. I will no longer wish to use this service n will advise my family n friends too.
Not to my expectations
5.0− Host didn't contact me earlier. On the day when I messaged him in the morning, he replied in the afternoon. I got to know around 5pm that I got a different homestay from what I booked, THAT TOO BY SEEING THE CARD THAT I PICKED UP FROM ANOTHER LOCATION (Straits Quay). I was not given enough explanation on this matter at all. I was just like thrown. Although the new place still had the facilities I requested for, but you can't just change people's choice of venue.. Even the deposit he requested to pay upon arrival, I have yet to receive upon checkout.
