9.0地鐵方便，有自己的車庫不需要額外付費。
− 可能外國人都是穿鞋子進去吧，光腳踩地板覺得有點髒，後來乾脆自己拖地。
素敵な部屋です！
9.0グランビルアイランドへ行くフェリー乗り場が徒歩2分のところにあるのでとても便利。また23番のバス乗り場もすぐ側にある。坂道が多いのでバス乗り場が近いのはかなり助かった。スーパーも薬局もカフェも徒歩５分圏内にある。夜はとても静かだった。部屋は２人位がちょうどよいくらいの大きさで、窓が大きく、キッチンは全て揃っていてとても素敵な部屋でした。
− お風呂の排水が弱いのだけが残念でした。

9.0Excellent location on Beach Avenue. It is walking distance to the seawall and local shops. The penthouse was very clean, well-supplied with amenities, and has a lovely outdoor patio with a barbecue area. The master bedroom is spacious and opens onto the patio. Hosts were very accommodating with early check-in and early check-out.
− The apartment is quite compact and feels a bit crowded - removing some furnishings or extra decorative items might create more usable space for guests. The second bedroom and second bathroom are both rather small, and the sleeper couch is extremely tight (an adult does not fit comfortably). The fireplace wasn't in use however wasn't needed as the place stayed warm. No daily cleaning service.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit the downtown area without the need of a vehicle.
9.0Very well stocked, clean and very good communication with the owners. The location was fabulous.
− Soooo expensive. (We do understand the area in general is expensive. )
