4.0Love the location as it's a beachfront property. The complex is very nice overall.
− The pool was out of order, and the water was green. The property management needs to do a better job of maintaining overall cleanliness. Having a dirty pool right across from the apartment was an unpleasant sight. Additionally, receiving a text message stating we would be responsible for electricity if we exceeded 10 KWH per day negatively affected the check-in experience. Although the owner later told us to disregard the message, the tone had already set the mood off. Finally, on the day of check-out, we received another message that told us check-out is at 11. While I don't mind receiving a reminder, using positive working makes a big difference. Soured my morning for nothing.
