Stressful, inattentive, rude!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, clean inside, all beds made and towels available, there were also kitchen basics stocked too, some coffees, cleaning products and spices ect. The garden was well maintained.

− Upon arrival we were told that the dishwasher that was advertised was unavailable due to needing repairs. Originally we said it was okay as the management team advised a repair has been booked. No repair was made for the entire 10 day stay. We informed the management that the gas on the BBQ was running really low on the second day of arrival and were told that when it became empty they would replace it. When it ran out as we were about to cook for the second time we were informed to get the replacement ourselves as the team were unavailable. We advised them we were unable to do this and no replacement was made for the entire holiday. We also informed them of a few basic maintenance issues such as a wardrobe door sticking and some of the pool loungers being removed unstable, which eventually led to the collapse whilst a child was on one, the pool not filtering properly, we received an accusatory message from the management team that we were “allowing the children to destroy the property” and instead of complaining we should just enjoy our holiday. For clarity, we weren’t complaining but felt it our duty to alert the team of any issues arising so they could either be noted or if appropriate remedied throughout the stay. Despite those small inconveniences, the main issue we had was the pool. The swimming pool was the main attraction to this property, pictures on advertisement looked beautiful, and we were really excited for our first Villa holiday to enjoy just relaxing around a private space. Upon arrival we were told not to use the pool due to it being treated and we should stay out of it for two hours. The pool was not crystal clear upon arrival and we assumed that was why we had to wait. However, even after two hours it was never 100% or what you’d expect to see from a swimming pool and we assumed it was normal, after one days use and overnight respite the pool was still not At 100% health.

Very relaxing . spacious villa . Clean with everything we needed .

Spacious property. Pool was great with lots of space for 6 adults . Loved the gas bbq and outdoor dining area

− There was only 1 street about 15 min walk with a couple of restaurants and shops . If you arrive on a Sunday make sure you have a food shop before you go as no shops open. Or if you book a Sunday then would be a nice touch to leave essentials . Bread. Butter . Milk .

Great stay, would recommend

Great size pool and garden space - nice interior and kitchen space. Room for cars within complex and spacious rooms.

− A little bit out of the way. Great for a relaxing holiday but will need a car/taxis to get further than the local town
