10.0The setting is amazing. Did you know it is on the beautiful grounds of Borris House. Check in/out is simple. The room was warm, simple and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a log.

Unable to stay due to poor air quality and had to seek alternative accommodation

− We had booked a two night stay. We arrived late at night to find the entire property in complete darkness. With great difficulty in the dark we eventually located the rooms. Upon entering the accommodation, we immediately noticed very poor air quality, high humidity, and excessive heat. There was also a strong smell of sewerage in both en‑suite bathrooms. The accommodation was not as advertised, as there was no living room despite this being clearly stated in the listing. Within a few minutes, all four members of our group agreed that, due to the air quality and overall conditions, there was no way we could sleep in the accommodation. As a result, we left the property and were forced to find alternative accommodation late at night. We notified the staff member we were dealing with the following morning and were assured that we would receive a full refund. However, despite subsequent communication with both Booking.com and the accommodation provider, our money has still not been refunded.

− It could be a lot warmer , on arrival only one of the radiators in sitting room was turned on, A television 📺 would be great
