A bad and frustrating experience with Online booking and the hotel.

I didn't like anything. They were rude, unprofessional people who didn't seperate their property from online booking. They were very bad as they didn't pick up call and denied at last moment. Please remove these type of properties from your catalogue. It was a bad experience from booking.com and OYO as well as both of them asked me to pay in advance before reaching the property to confirm my booking which I did. But they are themselves unaware about the property that the property owner is not providing room to the people booking online and they will ask for a handsome amount when you reach at the property and will not consider online booking. Bad location bad people and bad experience

− They didn't provide us room as they told that they are no more connected to online booking with OYO or booking.com. I paid in advance and called the property before reaching there but they didn't pickup call. It was tiring and frustrating that they denied us the room after reaching there. They were rude unprofessional and cheating people. The location of the property is also bad no nearby hotels or restaurant and the main road is around 2 km away. It's better to book a room near Amrita Hospital which has public transport and good restaurants nearby.
