It was ok, but disappointing. The beautiful views didn’t make up for the freezing pool unfortunately.

− Linen not provided for sofa bed even though there were multiple discussions confirming prior Driveway was very steep and narrow (battle axe block) so very difficult with our big 4wd, forget bringing a boat! Pool was freezing even though advertised as heated. We were staying over the Easter public holidays so I assumed no one would be available over those days. I fed back my concerns only 1 day before leaving due to business hours resuming and they rectified the pool heating issue apparently but this did us no good. This was a huge let down for us. I specifically paid top dollar for a place with a heated pool for the kids. We may as well have stayed somewhere cheaper with no pool as we never used it due to it being freezing. All we got from staff was a “sorry” and that we should have called them sooner. Do not stay if you have mobility issues! The stairs down to the pool are steep and then there are more steep stairs beyond that to get to road level if you want to go out for a walk.

Would return if the booking process wasn’t so inconvenient.

Beautiful views, nicely furnished, spacious and clean.

− The property and holiday was great. However the booking process and making payment was very clunky because it’s not processed through booking.com but another company - a very convoluted and inconvenient process.

the views from the balcony spacious, plenty of room

− the access to property was steep and a bit tricky to take a big car down. but manageable. Pool access was outside the property with a steep descent a little problematic with older mum who still swims at 97 yes old
