10.0El espacio y la tranquilidad del lugar, la disposición de todo el personal, variedad de actividades, la habitación es grande y tiene lo justo para una buen hospedaje. Alexis y Laura fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron bastante de una forma cercana.

− No complimentary water, no transport service. Very difficult to commute without transportation. It would be nice if staff could speak English.

8.0El desayuno estuvo bien. Mejoraría un poco la actitud y el servicio de las personas que sirven el buffet los fines de semana, son un poco oscas. Disfrutamos del campo de golf, el bar karaoke, la piscina y la habitación es confortable y espaciosa.
− Podría mejorarse la limpieza de las zonas verdes y áreas comunes campestres ya que encuentra uno arrumes de objetos, plasticos, desechables, papeles , especialmente en los alrededores del área hotelera y zona de estar al lado del lago en el campo de golf.
