10.0The beach house has everything you need and the location is perfect. Beautifull house would definately recommend and would book again. Lovely and quiet with easy access to the beach no need to drive Perfect for exploring Filey, Brid and Scarborough.

− The window blinds in the bedrooms need to have blackout lining and the porthole needs filling in to stop the light. We were awake at 4am because of the light it spoilt our two nights away we were so tired.
