10.0Had everything we needed, the host was very responsive, and the site was clean. The cafe on site was lovely, and the food was good. We only ate there once The caravan was comfy and had everything we needed

3.0The water was hot and the shower was good
− It’s old and dated. The decking really is past it and needs full replacement. The carpets are dirty. And in general the caravan isn’t kept very well. It’s covered is green from bad weather and a real eye sore against other caravans on the site. There are some beautiful caravans on this site and the site is very well kept. This caravan however is a bit of a let down and probably the worst kept/condition caravan on the site by a long way. However it was very cheap against anything available in Cornwall so can’t really complain but if I had known how bad the caravan actually was I most likely would not have booked this. We had a great week though and the site and staff are great! No complaints there. Would definitely come back but just go for a differant more expensive caravan next time for sure.

7.0Great value for money . Good basic clean accommodation in a convenient location..
− Poor communication, no replies to phone calls,emails or texts, had to chase up key code number on arrival. Gas grill/oven temperamental, constantly kept going out without our knowledge, and no C02 alarm in the property !

6.0Location was good. Nice and quiet. Whilst the bed was a little small it was comfortable. The price sort of reflected the condition. All things considered we had a lovely stay.
− The property was dated and the cooker didn’t work properly with the ignition. You needed to use a match to light it. Also most of the pots and pans have seen better days. The boiler went out - had to relight it.
