− Dat er niemand daar aanwezig was op het moment dat ik daar met kinderen stond voor een gesloten deur. Taxi heeft naar hotel gebeld wij hebben meerdere keren naar het hotel gebeld en aangebeld geen gehoor. Stonden zeker een uur voor een gesloten deur. Vervolgens bracht ze ons helemaal naar de kamer kwamen we er aan zegt nee is verkeerde kamer en verkeerde locatie. Vervolgens helemaal naar de andere locatie moeten lopen, ze was zeker ook echt niet aanspreekbaar leek alsof ze uit haar slaap kwam. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!
