2.0Bell'appartamento in buona posizione. Buoni i materassi.
− Troppe cose. Wifi inesistente nonostante fosse previsto. Canali via cavo solo sulla carta. Articoli da bagno inesistenti. Asciugamani solo misura da bidet, per avere tre teli da bagno abbiamo dovuto chiedere, due umidi consegnati il primo giorno, il resto asciutti il giorno dopo. 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica, iniziato. Niente pellets per la stufa (riscaldamento previsto), ce li siamo dovuti andare a comprare alla Crai. Niente detersivi x lavastoviglie. Niente scottex o tovaglioli di carta in cucina. Cucina senza cappa aspirante. Un solo mazzo di chiavi, molto fastidioso se si esce in orari diversi. Prenotato con booking, appartamento gestito da società tedesca, proprietario italiano, responsabile in loco ancora diverso. Dicono che non possono fare fatture o ricevute, roba da grulli... Sarebbe un bell'appartamento se solo fossero mantenute le promesse, si fornissero i servizi pubblicizzati e ci si prendesse cura di tutto invece di rimbalzarsi responsabilità fra agenzia, portale, proprietari e gestori. Non sta certo al Cliente. Restiamo in attesa di ricevuta. I pellets li abbiamo scalati dalla tassa di soggiorno.

− Un po' di problemi su alcuni servizi offerti (wifi non funzionante, lavastoviglie bloccata..), non fondamentali ma che visto il prezzo dell'alloggio sarebbero stati graditi
