Excellent communication from the owner and an extremely pleasant environment.
10.0Beautiful location and a really lovely place to stay.
Did not meet our expectation at all.
2.0The host was responsive. It was easy to get inside. The location is good.
− The flat was far below our expectations. It’s very old and in need of major refurbishment. The heating system barely worked, and we struggled to stay warm. The bedroom radiator knob was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the bedroom. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the neighbor’s dog kept barking.

5.0Good location. The place was clean.
− Flat decor/appearance was dated. Had to manipulate tv Ariel socket to get a signal (after calling the host) No instruction manual or guest pack. Hand held shower! Personal possessions covered by a blanket in the corner of the bedroom.
