10.0We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The apartment was amazing, clean, fully equipped, felt like home from home, The view breathtaking, looking over the harbour & hills. The spa bath an absolute bonus and much needed after long walks. Bed super comfortable. Location great, near to shops, cafés, restaurants and train station. We visited Talybont, Porthmadog & Beddgelert. Great communication from Martin throughout, lovely welcome snacks & wine. Thank you! We didn't want to leave, cant wait to return.

8.0Very good location - close to beach, restaurants, bars, shops and main car park. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, providing everything you need for a holiday stay including parking permit. It is bright and airy with excellent views of the Barmouth bridge and out across the estuary.
− A list of car parks accepting the parking permit would have been appreciated.

10.0Exceeded our expectations . Perfect location ,Amazing panoramic views . Kitchen and living area fully equipped. Bedroom with superb comfy extra large bed. Bathroom with whirlpool bath and spacious walk in shower We had 4 wonderful sunny days here and will definitely be back Thankyou Graham and Jeanette Leeds.
