It was great for a short stay, but be wary of listings that suggest there could be some road noise.
8.0The property is central to so many interesting places to visit on the Sunshine Coast and in the hinterland. It’s private and had everything we needed. It was nice to be greeted with a packet of Tim Tams. The outlook from the back verandah was lovely, as were the horses that came up to the fence along the road, looking for us to bend a few bamboo stalks for them to reach the leaves. And having two toilets is always a bonus. The bedrooms are spacious, and separated from the living area by the deck, which is great as it allows those who want to watch TV to do so without disturbing their travel companion. Very clever use of space in the main living/ kitchen/ bathroom areas. For people with kids, there is tons of space outside for them to run and play.
− The road noise at night was a significant issue. Heavy traffic on the Bruce Highway continued well into the night, and increased again about 5am. The sound of the heater/aircon does block it, but if you don’t like the heater/aircon on during the night, you’ll experience the highway noise magnified in the night air.

Cozy, relaxing getaway!
10.0We had a lovely stay thankyou, great location, central to all the places we wanted to visit & had everything we needed! The Cabin was well equipped and very comfortable for Couples & Families. Communication with the Hosts was great and the whole process was simple! Highly recommend for that cosy relaxing getaway for a short or long stay, thankyou 😊 PS Our furbaby also loved his stay!
