− La kitchenette pas du tout adaptée , les rideaux non occultant et lumière extérieur allumée toute la nuit, manque de décoration dans l’appartement, manque d’intimité sur le balcon, car aucune séparation entre les 2 balcons,

Enkel het uitzicht was het mooie aan het verblijf

− Zeer teleurstellend verblijf Helaas was ons verblijf helemaal niet zoals verwacht. De hygiëne liet veel te wensen over en het appartement was allesbehalve comfortabel. Ook was er geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar en was het zeer moeilijk om in de omgeving een plaats te vinden. Daarnaast hadden we geen warm water. We hebben meerdere keren moeten bellen voordat iemand uiteindelijk kwam kijken en het probleem probeerde op te lossen. De service was over het algemeen zeer teleurstellend. Wanneer je hulp nodig hebt, is er bijna niemand bereikbaar of aanwezig om je te helpen. Ook de toegangsweg naar de accommodatie was in zeer slechte staat en gevaarlijk voor de auto. Er waren overal diepe putten en barsten in de weg, waardoor we zeer voorzichtig moesten rijden om schade aan de auto te voorkomen. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben, hadden we veel meer verwacht. Wij zouden deze accommodatie absoluut niet aanraden.

− Not clean, apartment very dirty. Trash piling up outside of the apartments. Very bad waterpressure. One of the bathrooms is not possible to use the shower at all. The shower got clogged every other day. The apartment seems not finished. Very small fridge. Dirty around the pool area. Super steep road up to the apartment. Need a car while we are there.

− We stayed in this apartment as a group of three. When we arrived, only one of the two beds had been prepared. We had booked an apartment with a sea view, but the sea was barely visible. We had to lean over the terrace to catch a glimpse of it. We were simply given an extra set of bed sheets and towels, several of which had brown and black stains. As stated in the listing, no cleaning service was provided during our stay. However, no cleaning equipment was available for guests to clean the apartment themselves. After requesting a broom and a mop, we were only given a very small broom, about 70 cm long, which was not suitable for cleaning the apartment. The bathroom was also very impractical. There was no shower partition, so the entire bathroom flooded after every shower. In addition, the drain regularly became clogged, making it difficult to shower properly. We also had no hot water for two days. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment when we arrived. Furthermore, one of the two air conditioning remote controls was not working. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly. However, when we had a parking issue one morning, we called her several times starting at 7:00 a.m. She only answered around 8:30 a.m., asked us to explain the situation, and then never replied to any of our messages for the rest of our stay. Finally, the parking area is very poorly designed and does not appear to have enough spaces for all the guests staying at the property.

− Brudne szklanki, daleko do miasta, restauracji. Pokój sprawiał wrażenie niewykończonego. Brak wieszaków na ubrania, wieszaka na ręczniki w łazience.
