10.0The property is located in a quiet part outside of Neos Marmaras with a view of the sea because it's located on a hill. It's quite convenient if you want to visit the beaches on the west coast and not having to constantly look for parking etc like if you are located in the city which can be quite busy during peak season. The room was not anything fancy but has everything you would need. There is a kitchenet where you could make some quick meals and a coffee maker as well. The toilet was small but functional with as much hot water for showering as you'd like :) All in all a nice experience, value for money and i would go there again.

The studio was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with everything you need just a short walk away. We spent seven amazing days there and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A special mention goes to Tomy, the friendly cat who lives on the property. He was such a sweet companion during our stay! If you visit, please say hello to him from us and give him some food. He’s a very good boy.🤍
