10.0La casa era molto pulita e accogliente. Inoltre, era presente un kotatsu che ci ha riscaldato la sera mentre guardavamo un film su Netflix. Anche la posizione era ottima!

Spacious home, safe area, good mix of Japanese and western facilities.
8.0The accommodation’s blend of traditional Japanese and western features worked well. The addition of the unique wall decorations was a nice bonus. Whilst the facilities (kitchen, bathroom,lighting, etc.) were a bit dated, everything worked well and ensured our seven night stay was comfortable. Having a car parking space was important as the property is located in a residential area, with very narrow streets. The area was quiet and safe. An issue with strong odours associated with the washing machine and upstairs area was identified on arrival. However staff member Fuko was quick to respond to emails and arranged for the issues to be investigated, and additional cleaning to be carried out. A lingering smell of cooked fish was also present. We worked out this was coming from the small grill in the kitchen. A couple of sprays of odour neutralising liquid sorted this.
− Just the initial concerns associated with odours on our arrival. These were dealt with by staff member Fuko, with no fuss.
