Location was great, the host, Serena, was really communicative and responded to any questions I had. She gave very detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, and what to do with them after. Everything went very smoothly indeed!

− We didn't "not" like anything - the apartment was lovely, spacious, and well situated. Hounslow Central tube station was about a 5 min walk from the apartment and the main train station was around a 10 minute walk, which is what we were looking for as we were attending the Allianz Stadium to watch the rugby. It was easy to get to and from the stadium and the apartment was situated far away enough from the crowds but near enough to commute to the stadium. Right outside the apartment was a massive Asda and the main high street was about a minute away, where you could find all the local shops and take aways so that was really handy. There was also a bus stop right outside, so basically, you were near to all sorts of public transport and amenities. Also, if you wanted to go into the city, you were minutes away from Hounslow Central tube station which is on the Piccadilly line and will take you right into the centre of London! Just a couple of suggestions though: a tv would have been good and the bed could have been a little bigger, but apart from that, the apartment had everything else, and more! Toiletries in the bathroom, tea and coffee and filtered water in the kitchen, a very comfortable sofa - it was fantastic! The apartment itself was very secure with two security doors so you felt safe. It was also very quiet, despite being so near to Heathrow - you could watch the planes take off which was really nice! Serena was an amazing host and we would definitely book again! Thank you!

We liked how the place was and cleanliness that it had. Serena managed to place all the mandatory stuffs for us and we really enjoyed our stay. She had a tripod as well for clicking videos or pictures during the stay.

− I thought bed was bit bigger but it was small for couple, however, i must say we had a premium experience on an average price. All thanks to Serena.

The apartment is stunning, ideally located, easy to access, quality furnishings and with an amazing view. Serena could not have been more helpful and made our stay simple and stress free. We will be back for another stay in the future. Highly recommend!
