8.0The quality of the room with its balcony. The views. The dinners. In general, we enjoyed a good balance between the excursions and relaxing on board.
− The management insists much in not letting anyone bring drinks from outside, but then the cruise drinks are a disappointment. More healthy non-alcoholic drinks are needed. More coffee or tea-time choices. It's crazy that a luxury Vietnamese cruise has bad coffee and bad tea. The bar closes at 23:00 which is good but we actually had to go look for a waiter all the way down to reception long before that. Language barrier issues caused small problems with some of the staff, like the waiter who kept repeating "medium ra-ehlll!" and giggling when told "medium well", corrected 5 times back and forth, then still brought the steak rare. These cruises tend to move between two different spots only, which is understandable, but I was left expecting it would go further out/south.
