− Cuando me estaba estacionando en la cochera estrecha mi carro sufrió un raspón grande en la tarde de atrás, la persona que me recibe no me guió para nada, se metió y vió que yo metiera el carro como yo vea, y como la camioneta era grande por lo menos una guia, perfecto no soy pero si estuvo alli, por lo menos un poco de criterio, pero nada

− La limpieza de las habitaciones era muy baja, revisé debajo de la cama al final de mi estancia y hubiese preferido no haberlo hecho. Las sábanas y toallas tenían mal aspecto. Tuve su pedir varios días que hicieran el servicio a la habitación, incluso regresando pasado las 22:00. La habitación no cumplía con la descripción en la aplicación. El personal que atiende reproducían contenido en su celular que se escuchaba en todo el hospedaje.
